Caritas 2003

Caritas is Latin for "high price", "expensive (of a thing)". But Caritas also means "high esteem", "love", "tenderness", "affection". This year again, almost 50 artists agreed to participate in the Caritas sales exhibition organized for the benefit of Gallery B-312 (60% of the proceeds from the sale are donated to the gallery, the difference being kept by the artist). -The works brought together in Caritas 2003 have the value of the generosity they symbolize. In other words, they are invaluable. Also, the prices of the works will be, as last year, a permutation of 312, whose origin you can guess, and, novelty, of 403, the number of the gallery space in the Belgo building. -Leave yourself the widest choice by joining us at the opening of the exhibition on Thursday, April 10, 2003 from 7pm. The sale of the works continues until April 26th during the gallery's opening hours.- The gallery gratefully acknowledges the participating artists, as well as all those who, in one way or another, through the support they offer to Galerie B-312, give their unfailing support to artistic practice in all its forms.
