OPENING and PERFORMANCE –
On Thursday, October 15, 2015 at 5 :30 pm

The installation letters home / lettres à ma mère consists of two works on paper and a sound device. Looking like abstract paintings, the works on paper represent fragments of text from different sources (personal notes, shopping lists, poems, newspapers) in order to make reading difficult. On the soundtrack, the artist deciphers in a monotone, almost incantatory voice,  these "partitions’’. The words are then superimposed in space and on paper, raising confusion.
