Diane Labrosse, Pierre Tanguay and Michel F Côté are dominant figures on the current music scene and all three are part of Ambiances Magnétiques. Diane Labrosse (accordion, voice, sampler) likes to confront lyricism and incongruity, harmony and dissonance, structure and improvisation. As an optimist handyman, Pierre Tanguay (percussion) roves in the world of jazz, contemporary, medieval and traditional music. Michel F Côté (percussion) tirelessly wind up his work as a musician so that nothing freezes. All three will improvise together around their fetish instruments.
