Les galeries-domestiques is an interdisciplinary installation combining paintings, digital art and architectural works in the large exhibition room, and sculptures and sound art in the small room. Forming the ambivalent universe of Les galeries-domestiques, the three bodies of work currently being created—Les coquilles acoustiques et lumineuses (1) ; Les tableaux-cartes (2) ; Les visites virtuelles (3)—have been developed from relational experiences forged around the creation of bespoke paintings made for people and their domestic spaces.

How do the acoustic and luminous shells resonate in the gallery's small room?
How can they be suspended from the ceiling, darkening the room to create the impression of a digital void?
Where will our gypsum ruins, vestiges of these significant domestic spaces, be erected in the large room?

We'll attempt to elucidate these still-unknown aspects of the installation.
