Born in Shawinigan, Isabelle Guimond lives and works in Montreal. She is represented by Galerie Simon Blais since 2018. She favors the mediums of painting and drawing in order to question her own relationship with images. Oscillating between social criticism and self-fiction, her pictorial work reflects the world and the experiences in which her practice takes place. His works have been presented at various individual and group exhibitions in Quebec, the United States and Mexico, notably at Galerie Simon Blais (2019), Galerie Trois Points (2017), L'Écart (2016), at Galerie B-312 (2019) and at the Center des arts politiques Skol (2014).
